the staff was friendly always, before and . the guest relations employee was very helpful with any requests i made. she provided quick information i needed,.
the area around the hotel was industrial, which did result in some noise. there wasn't perfect sound insulation in the rooms so it could be a bit disruptive.

the team was very helpful.. i especially thank ms. nilay, the guest relations officer, for her excellent care. she paid attention to every detail. the room was comfy, the bathroom was very clean and the room service was excellent.
the spa was not what i expected.. the steam room only works when the staff wants. they said there was no option for massages because they had no staff. also, the pool water was not very warm.
