the staff was friendly always, before and . the guest relations employee was very helpful with any requests i made. she provided quick information i needed,.
the area around the hotel was industrial, which did result in some noise. there wasn't perfect sound insulation in the rooms so it could be a bit disruptive.

the spa was CLOSED. that was ONE of the reasons I chose this hotel. the location leaves much to be desired BECAUSE the surrounding area is degraded. it gives me panic at night.

late hammam free parking food selection
my stay included access to the hammam, it was open until late. the hotel provided parking which was free. breakfast offered a good selection of food.
the gym smelled only slightly of chlorine sometimes.

essential item spacious fitness room excellent spa genuine character
I had a very nice stay. ali can's hospitality stood out. His effort and genuine character improved my experience. the room included all essential items. i enjoyed the spacious fitness room (it had several machines) and the excellent spa facilities.
i noticed too few elevators, which sometimes led to waits, especially during peak hours.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh choices. i found many delicious options to start my day (especially the pastries!). the restaurant manager, mr gökhan, provided excellent service.

helpful team excellent care clean bathroom
the team was very helpful.. i especially thank ms. nilay, the guest relations officer, for her excellent care. she paid attention to every detail. the room was comfy, the bathroom was very clean and the room service was excellent.
the spa was not what i expected.. the steam room only works when the staff wants. they said there was no option for massages because they had no staff. also, the pool water was not very warm.

the suite city view included a seating area with comfortable sofas and a large flat-screen television. a work desk with ample lighting and conveniently placed power outlets was also present. blackout curtains ensured restful sleep.
